  • Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Finance, Safety, Maintenance, Human Resources, and Information Technology teams to support organizational objectives.
  • Support audits, regulatory reporting, compliance requirements, and special projects as assigned.

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Public Administration, Transportation Planning, or a related field.
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in data analytics, business intelligence, performance management, operational analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, scorecards, and performance measurement systems.
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong SQL skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical findings into meaningful business insights for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Seven or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, performance management, or strategic planning.
  • Experience supporting public transportation, logistics, government, public-sector, or large operational organizations.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, GIS applications, or other advanced analytics tools.
  • Experience developing predictive models and advanced reporting solutions.
