  • Strong experience with Power BI; experience building scalable dashboards and data models
  • Strong foundation in finance (P&L, margin drivers, utilization, forecasting) in a project-based or professional services environment
  • Experience developing and executing an AI/ML roadmap for finance, including identifying practical use cases and embedding predictive or AI-enabled insights into planning, forecasting, reporting, or decision-making processes
  • Deep understanding of project-based business models and how operational decisions impact financial outcomes
  • Proven ability to own analytics workstreams end-to-end, including data sourcing, data engineering, big data integration, data conditioning, and development of scalable data models that support executive-level insights beyond dashboard visualization
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, IT, and senior leadership to translate analytics into recommendations, and advise on business data informed outcomes
  • Demonstrated impact in driving performance improvement, cost optimization, or strategic decision-making
  • Ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
