This position serves as a reporting expert by developing scalable reporting solutions, building interactive Power BI dashboards, analyzing campaign performance across multiple marketing channels, and identifying opportunities to improve results. The ideal candidate is comfortable building sophisticated Power BI solutions, presenting trends and recommendations to account teams and leadership, solving data challenges, identifying patterns, and translating complex information into actionable business intelligence.

Your Impact:
  • Prepare and deliver client reporting, including executive summaries, dashboards, performance metrics, and actionable insights.
  • Analyze marketing performance across paid, earned, owned, shared, email, media, and influencer channels, including ROI measurement.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and visualizations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, integrate data sources, and support campaign measurement strategies.
  • Identify trends, validate data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
  • Standardize reporting processes, document methodologies, and present findings to internal teams and clients.

Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or campaign reporting.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Power BI dashboard development, data modeling, reporting, and maintenance.
  • Experience owning recurring reports and dashboards for executive, client, or senior stakeholder audiences.
  • Strong understanding of cross-channel marketing, media measurement, campaign performance, and ROI analysis.
  • Advanced Power BI expertise, including DAX, Power Query, interactive visualizations, and scheduled refreshes.
  • Ability to translate business needs into KPIs, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience validating, reconciling, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments; SQL, GA4, CRM, marketing automation, and executive reporting experience preferred.
