Job description

The purpose of this position is to provide customerfacing and customeroriented services related to voter registration, absentee voting, and early voting. Under supervision, the role ensures that all voter registration applications are accurately processed. This position ensures voter rolls are properly maintained; assists with issuing and receiving absentee applications and absentee ballots; and provides early voting services in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner while adhering to all applicable laws, policies, and procedures. This position responds to public inquiries and requests for assistance, and voter concerns; and performs routine administrative and clerical duties including data entry, answering phones, greeting customers, operating office equipment and software, computers and computer programs, generating confidential reports, maintaining lists and records, and filing documents. This role also types, processes, and transmits various forms, records, and legal documents. Responsibilities include basic GISrelated tasks such as gathering, updating, and interpreting geographic and demographic election data, and conducting related research and analysis.

Performs other duties as assigned.
