Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills are important for guiding cross-functional teams and aligning cybersecurity initiatives with organizational goals. These skills are vital to effectively manage complex security programs, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
