Job Summary:
Computer World Services Corp. (CWS) is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for contract performance under a GSA program. The role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring efficient service delivery, and serving as the primary point of contact for the government.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide day-to-day management of all program operations, supporting multiple projects, workstreams, and geographically dispersed personnel.
โ€ข Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all contract activities.
โ€ข Ensure adherence to the PWS, SLAs, technical requirements, and quality standards.
โ€ข Serve as the Governmentโ€™s primary point-of-contact for all programmatic, technical, and contract matters.
โ€ข Lead all contractor staff; provide supervision, tasking, mentorship, QA/QC oversight, and performance management.
โ€ข Ensure customer satisfaction, stakeholder alignment, and timely resolution of escalated issues.
โ€ข Provide financial management, cost tracking, resource management, and staffing oversight.
โ€ข Conduct detailed quality reviews for deliverables, documentation, and technical work products.
โ€ข Serve as the named Primary Project Manager for the contract.
โ€ข Provide overall management, direction, financial reporting, QA/QC oversight, and leadership.

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree.
โ€ข Demonstrated experience managing programs of similar scope and complexity within DoD or other federal agencies.
โ€ข Proven leadership of large-scale IT operations (40+ personnel) across diverse functional areas.
โ€ข Expertise in environments involving user systems, integration, training, and multi-skill teams.
โ€ข Strong background in quality assurance, customer satisfaction, complaint tracking, and QC programs.
โ€ข Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior Government officials.
โ€ข Skills in manpower utilization, subcontractor management, procurement support, training, problem resolution, and employee relations.
โ€ข Progressive experience as a Project Controller, including financial oversight and analysis.
โ€ข Knowledge of project structures, WBS development, planning, and scheduling.
โ€ข Experience evaluating configuration alternatives, including: Cost analysis, Risk analysis, Performance predictions.
โ€ข Experience conducting business decision analyses: Cost-benefit, Business case analysis, Major IT infrastructure assessments.
โ€ข Experience conducting Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses and using TCO tools.
โ€ข Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent โ€“ REQUIRED
โ€ข Must be a U.S. Citizen.
โ€ข Selective Service registration required (if applicable).
โ€ข Top Secret Security Clearance required
โ€ข Must maintain fitness and eligibility for national security positions.

โ€ข Relevant commercial certifications (e.g., ITIL, Agile, CISSP, CSM) โ€“ desired
