Job description

Senior CRM & Reporting Analyst

Help Build the Future of Philanthropy

Technology is transforming how nonprofits build relationships, engage donors, and strengthen communities. At The Associated, we're investing in a modern Salesforce platform to power our mission—and we're looking for someone who wants to help shape what comes next.

We're seeking a Senior CRM & Reporting Analyst who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and partnering with colleagues to make technology easier and more impactful. This is more than a reporting role—it's an opportunity to help design better business processes, improve user experiences, and enable smarter decision-making across the organization.

If you enjoy combining technology, analytics, and collaboration to create meaningful change, we'd love to meet you.

This is a full-time, hybrid position that requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.

What You'll Do

You'll become a trusted Salesforce resource for departments across The Associated by:

  • Supporting and enhancing our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Creating reports and dashboards that turn data into meaningful insights
  • Troubleshooting user questions and resolving CRM issues
  • Developing documentation and delivering engaging user training
  • Supporting change management and helping colleagues adopt new technology
  • Participating in CRM enhancements, testing, and future system improvements
  • Championing data quality and CRM best practices

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys learning new technology, and loves helping people succeed.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Three or more years of CRM, database, or business systems experience
  • Experience with Salesforce (Nonprofit Cloud experience is a plus)
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to outstanding customer service

Bonus Points

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

  • Nonprofit fundraising or donor databases
  • Change management or user adoption initiatives
  • Excel, Power BI and/or other business intelligence tools
  • Data imports, data quality, or CRM implementations

Why You'll Love This Role

You'll join a collaborative team that's reimagining how technology supports fundraising, engagement, and community impact. Your ideas will matter, your work will be visible, and you'll have opportunities to grow alongside an amazing nonprofit technology transformation.

If you enjoy solving puzzles, improving processes, and helping people use technology more effectively, you'll thrive here.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range is $69,000-$73,000 and is commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience

Application Process – Electronic submissions are preferred. Cover letters are required.

Benefit & Perks: The Associated offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance (Health Savings Account), 4% 401(k) employer match, life insurance, Long Term Disability (LTD), Flexible Spending Plan, paid parental leave, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, wellbeing programming, and a complimentary membership to the Jewish Community Center.
