  • Track key credit risk indicators (KRIs) defined in the Bank's Risk Appetite Statement, including delinquency rates, charge-off metrics, risk grade distributions, and concentration limits
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly credit risk reports for the management and board committees
  • Lead or challenge credit risk assessments for new products, partnerships, underwriting policy changes, and portfolio expansion initiatives
  • Partner with Credit, Underwriting, and Product teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence
  • Support regulatory examinations by preparing credit risk documentation, responding to examiner requests, and presenting portfolio performance

You Have

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in a business or quantitative field
  • 5+ years of prior credit risk experience in a bank / financial services organization
  • Experience with regulatory requirements and guidelines
  • Experience in BI tools, creating dashboards and reports for senior management review
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
