This role is about more than paperwork-it's about leadership, financial stewardship, and delivering complex projects with excellence from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Project Oversight & Planning

    • Study and interpret project contracts, plans, and specifications.

    • Verify material quantities, prepare purchase orders, and align resources.

    • Build project schedules and coordinate with Foremen on Look Ahead Schedules.

  • Execution & Financial Management

    • Monitor all project costs and code expenditures.

    • Prepare budgets, billing schedules, and monthly project billings.

    • Track project progress and prepare financial projections.

  • Leadership & Coordination

    • Lead communication between the office, field, subcontractors, and clients.

    • Negotiate scope, schedule, and pricing with subcontractors.

    • Mentor project staff and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.

  • Problem-Solving & Change Management

    • Submit RFIs and PIPs, identify discrepancies, and offer solutions to owners.

    • Price and negotiate change orders, ensuring contractual commitments are secured.

    • Manage added materials, submittals, and workforce adjustments for added work.

    • Issue notices for impacts or delays due to trades, weather, or scheduling conflicts.

  • Representation

    • Act as Liberty's representative in all project matters, ensuring the company's interests are protected.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 10+ years in construction management with a track record of leading large or complex projects.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Construction Management degree or equivalent experience strongly valued.

  • Skills & Qualities:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project/accounting systems (COINS or similar).

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire project teams.

    • High integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
