This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, clients, and contractors through structured project processes including Design Reviews, Program Reviews, and Project Closeout Meetings. You will contribute technical expertise, resolve issues in real time, and support other team members through mentorship and collaboration. This position offers flexible work optionsโ€”including remote, hybrid, or inโ€‘office arrangements depending on locationโ€”and requires travel of approximately 15โ€“30% to support project needs and client engagement.

What We Offer:

  • Opportunities for professional growth and career development.
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and flexible work schedules.
  • This position pays $110,000โ€“$160,000 annually, depending on experience, and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include companyโ€‘sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident, and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Fullโ€‘time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5โ€“10+ years of experience in power generation engineering related to controls, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
  • Subjectโ€‘matter expertise in one or more control platforms, including DCS systems such as Emerson Ovation, GE Mark Systems, ABB Symphony, or Siemens T3000, as well as PLC and HMI platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to generate comprehensive technical documents and client reports such as specifications and evaluations.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork and collaborate effectively with peers, management, and clients.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20โ€“40% locally and domestically.
