We hire for attitude over experience as we love to train great people and offer them a real opportunity to learn, develop and progress - in fact many of our senior colleagues started as Machine Operators.
If you're successful, you will work 12-hour shifts, 13-14 days over a 4-week rotation on day shift. Due to this pattern, you get 7 days straight off once a month - this is in addition to vacation and PTO. We offer a climate controlled and clean environment for a comfortable working day. We treat our colleagues with respect and understanding and are regularly told by colleagues that we provide a great place to work with great people.
Your day-to-day would involve:
  • Operating multi-axis CNC machine tools.
  • Inspection of completed operations using CMM's, optical vision systems, and manual gauges & tooling.
  • Changing consumables such as electrodes and tooling.
  • Complete daily preventive maintenance checks.
  • Assist in the development of new product introduction programs.
