Computer Operator I - Harrisburg, PA


We are hiring a Computer Operator I for an on-site opportunity in Harrisburg, PA. This role is a good fit for candidates with an IT school background, a technical degree, or early experience in computer operations, technical support, help desk, or system monitoring.


Pay: $22.50/hour
Schedule: 12-hour shifts; final schedule to be confirmed
Location: Harrisburg, PA - On-site


What You’ll Do

  • Monitor enterprise infrastructure and escalate issues as required.
  • Assist with daily computer system operations.
  • Complete daily checklist tasks under supervision.
  • Report issues to the Senior Computer Operator or Supervisor.
  • Document problems and updates in a tracking system.
  • Assist with recovery steps needed to restore normal operations.
  • Follow escalation procedures with Computer Operations and related departments.
  • Support senior operators with daily operational needs.


What We’re Looking For

  • Two-year technical college degree or comparable experience.
  • 12 to 24 months of computer operations, IT support, help desk, or related experience preferred.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Must pass an FBI-level background check to obtain a Gaming License.
