Responsibilities
  • Identify, shape, and win new business opportunities aligned with future vehicle programs and OEM innovation roadmaps
  • Lead early engagement with OEM engineering, purchasing, and program teams to position the company as a strategic partner
  • Develop battle plans, playbook and long-term strategies to grow and develop with strategic customer base
  • Build and execute pursuit strategies for advanced programs, including RFQs, RFIs, and pre-development activities
  • Develop value propositions that go beyond cost-highlighting innovation, performance, and long-term partnership
  • Provision and updating of information for:
    • Customer organization
    • Purchasing strategies
    • Technical development
    • Customer contacts
    • Development and taking care of business contacts to all customer departments
    • Collection and analysis of information / data regarding customer satisfaction as well as initiation and follow up of improvement measure
  • Active communication regarding potential improvements / innovations regarding products and processes (towards customer; internal )
  • Collaborate regarding BU Sales strategy with account management team
  • Gather competitive intelligence and market data and trends
  • Support internal planning for customer cycle plans, volumes and targeted business strategies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Level Degree in Finance; a technical education, such as engineering, or program management will also be considered.

  • 8+ years in Sales, Project Management and leadership roles within the Automotive Industry
  • Commercial / technical knowledge
  • Understanding for production /quality processes within Automotive Industry
  • Strong focus on and experience in Customer relationship and customer strategy
  • Project management within international environment
