A reputable and compassionate healthcare organization, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to serve as the Director of Senior Living at our facility near Southfield, Michigan. As the Senior Living Administrator, you will direct the day-to-day functions of the Assisted Living Nursing Facility and Independent Care Facility in accordance with current federal and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our residents receive the highest degree of quality care at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Model effective leadership traits to lead an eager team
• Direct day-to-day operations of the assisted & independent living
Ensure compliance with federal and local regulations
Monitor and improve the quality of care and services provided to residents
