Job description

Senior GEOINT Source Throughput Analyst
Education and Experience
Required:
  • 10+ yrs experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data including support to real-time and activity-based collection, experience managing large multi-source data, sensemaking, assessing metrics associated with model output confidence/reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists
  • Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies which derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets
  • Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional environment in several geographically separated client locations
  • Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures, including NSG/IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization
  • Ability to develop and sustain mission relationships across NGA, the IC, and DoW as well as build relationships with key NRO stakeholders to support future architecture
  • Ability to help synchronize mission requirements to prevent redundancies, identify conflicts, and review priorities for tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT sources
  • Ability to ensure new or modified capabilities from National assets are transitioned into operations properly and to lead teams executing integration activities
  • HS diploma or GED

Desired:
  • Experience with turning intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiences.
  • Experience providing feedback to assist with development of training materials
  • GPC-F Certification
  • Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), reflecting knowledge of the GEOINT Community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures
  • Experience with research, evaluation, and documentation of unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities.
  • Operational experience with vector data.

Security Clearance:
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance and the willingness to sit for a CI polygraph, if needed
