Trissential is partnering with a worldclass healthcare organization to bring on a Senior Product Manager to lead a patient-facing conversational AI platform. This is a highvisibility role where you'll own product strategy and execution

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for a conversational AI platform supporting patientfacing use cases
  • Lead delivery of an MVP launch and manage iterative quarterly enhancements
  • Own the full product lifecycle including strategy, planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization
  • Translate business and patient needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Drive Agile product development processes including backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization
  • Partner crossfunctionally with engineering, design, clinical, and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering teams leveraging Gemini (via Vertex AI) and retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) pipelines
  • Define and track KPIs, success metrics, and product performance indicators
  • Proactively identify risks, plan contingencies, and resolve complex product and stakeholder challenges
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and nontechnical stakeholders

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 5-8+ years of experience in product management with seniorlevel ownership
  • Proven success delivering digital or platformbased products in Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of LLMs and AIdriven product value drivers
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on AI/MLenabled solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity while maintaining strategic focus and execution discipline

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Handson familiarity with prompt engineering, context management, or system instruction design
  • Experience with Gemini, Vertex AI, or similar LLM platforms
  • Knowledge of RAG architectures and AI system design patterns
  • Experience in healthcare or patientfacing digital products
