At C3, our Senior Client Managers are key in providing our clients with the experience that sets C3 apart in the industry. Senior Client Managers provide fast, effective service of the day to day needs of our mid-sized and moderately complex clients by being knowledgeable in coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, and legislative changes, maintaining relationships with clients and carrier representatives and assisting in suggesting new lines of coverage for existing clients.

WHO YOU NEED TO BE

  • You are the best of the best! Your producers and clients love you and you know how to keep them delighted!
  • You have the needed expertise and experience (7+ years) to ensure smooth new and renewal marketing, placement, and policy delivery to producers or clients.

  • Technology is your friend – you usually know all the shortcuts and what you don’t know, you learn quickly.
  • You know that attitude is everything. You come to work ready to be a team player every day, even if that means having to step up to other duties from time to time.
