YOUR PURPOSE

The role of senior civil engineer is dedicated to shaping meaningful partnerships with clients, engaging at the earliest planning stages to understand their goals and guide the development of innovative, integrated civil engineering solutions. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams from concept through construction, ensuring that complex design efforts are coordinated, forward thinking, and executed with excellence. Beyond project delivery, you play a key role in advancing the firm’s growth by contributing to business development initiatives and representing the organization as a trusted advisor in the built environment.

Key Actions

  • Guide multidisciplinary teams in exploring solutions and developing technically sound design solutions that support project goals.
  • Oversee the creation and coordination of construction documents from schematic design through construction administration to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Contribute to the evolution of departmental standards and quality practices to elevate firmwide team and client outcomes.

Professional Foundations

  • A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Professional Licensure/Certification/Accreditation required.
  • LEED accreditation is preferred.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in the A/E Industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD-Civil3D and civil engineering software.
  • Extensive knowledge of standards and codes.
  • Participation in professional industry organizations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Teams.
