Company Description

At HiPOINT, you sell something people actually love: fast, fiber-first Internet with concierge-level support designed for apartment communities. We’ve served Chicago MDUs for 20+ years, so you get a trusted brand, real customer proof, and a team that picks up the phone 24/7—including direct escalation lines for property managers. You’ll own a real territory, close bulk building deals that improve resident experience and owner NOI, and get paid on wins with uncapped upside.

What makes this role different

Product that wins: Fiber-first architecture, live human support, and building-friendly installs (plus free common-area Wi-Fi/TV options).

Local brand, fast execution: Chicago-born, decision-makers on speed dial, installs scheduled quickly—no big-company red tape.

Hunting territory with air cover: Warm intros via PM networks, case studies, and a simple pricing narrative vs. incumbents.

Uncapped earnings: Base + commission with accelerators on over-quota performance.

Career runway: Grow into major accounts, team lead, or solutions/partnerships as we expand.

Real support: Sales enablement, CRM, proposal templates, and a responsive ops team for surveys, installs, and go-lives.

Day-in-the-life (what candidates can picture)

Morning: Survey a neighborhood. Drop in and introduce yourself.

Midday: Present a bulk Internet proposal to a 120-unit owner; align on launch plan.

Afternoon: Drop into three leasing offices; book demos; log/forecast cleanly in CRM.

End of day: Send a one-page summary + pricing; schedule site survey.

What success looks like (first 12 months)

Build a 3–4× pipeline in first 60 days; reliably book 10+ first meetings/week.

Close your first bulk deal in 90 days; maintain 1 new logo/month pace after ramp.

Keep CRM spotless; forecast within ±10%; earn accelerators by hitting 110%+ of quota.
