We are expanding our engineering team and are seeking an experienced RAN Virtualization OAMP Engineer to support advanced virtualized 5G network environments.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Kubernetes, AWS cloud technologies, and next-generation RAN platforms while collaborating with industry-leading engineers and wireless network specialists.


Job Summary

The RAN Virtualization OAMP Engineer is responsible for supporting cloud-based wireless network management systems, OAMP/FCAPS platforms, and virtualized 4G and 5G RAN environments. The role focuses on troubleshooting, systems integration, software deployments, and delivering high-quality engineering support for commercial wireless networks.


Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support OAMP and FCAPS subsystem integration for virtualized wireless network environments.
  • Troubleshoot complex EMS, NMS, and network management applications.
  • Provide Tier-3 engineering support for commercial carrier networks.
  • Support Kubernetes-based cloud-native network functions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to investigate production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Assist with software upgrades, feature implementations, and commercial deployments.
  • Support AWS cloud infrastructure and virtualized network platforms.
  • Develop implementation documentation, engineering procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Participate in customer workshops, technical discussions, and solution development.
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and operational performance across network environments.


Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting wireless network management systems, OAMP/FCAPS platforms, or virtualized RAN environments.
