  • Translate analytical findings into concise, leadership‑ready insights, tailored to technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality to align data outputs to business needs
  • Support KPI governance, metric definitions, and standardized reporting approaches across the organization
  • Respond to ad‑hoc analysis requests with speed, accuracy, and a strong sense of business context
  • Continuously identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or enhance reporting and visualization capabilities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting-focused roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including complex data manipulation and professional presentation design
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, synthesize, and communicate complex datasets clearly
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality outputs in a dynamic environment
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders at varying levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); Power BI experience is a strong plus but not required
  • Experience supporting executive or senior‑leadership reporting and recurring review forums
  • Familiarity with warranty, quality, or operational data in an automotive or manufacturing environment
