Pioneer Ford Sales, Limited is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our high-performing service department. This role is designed for a seasoned technician with advanced diagnostic expertise who can handle complex repairs independently and consistently deliver top-tier workmanship.

What You'll Do:
  • Diagnose and repair advanced mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
  • Perform complex engine, suspension, steering, and electrical system repairs
  • Conduct road tests to confirm customer concerns and verify repair accuracy
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, scan tools, and service equipment
  • Complete repairs efficiently while meeting Ford and dealership quality standards
  • Provide detailed documentation of diagnostics and completed repairs
  • Work independently while supporting the overall success of the service team
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as an A-Level or Senior Automotive Technician
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple vehicle systems
  • Automotive technology certification preferred
  • Ford dealership experience is a plus
  • Ability to consistently produce high-quality, accurate repairs
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • High school diploma or equivalent
