Growing California based law firm expanding into Washington, considered a powerhouse in the field of plaintiff's side wage-and-hour class action litigation, seeks a highly qualified Senior Attorney to join its expanding team. Lawyers for Justice was recently named a Global Recognition Awards “Best Workplaces” winner for 2026.


The Firm has a robust caseload, in federal and state courts, against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries. Focusing on the prosecution of employment class and representative actions, involving wage-and-hour, unfair business practice, discrimination, and false advertising matters. The Firm has recovered over one billion dollars on behalf of hundreds of thousands of employees and consumers in California. With our expansion, we intend to achieve similar success for clients we will serve in the state of Washington.


This position is part of our expansion into the State of Washington. Due to the large number of active cases throughout the State, we are looking to add members to the team immediately as Senior Associate Attorneys.


As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will join a talented team of Seattle Washington based professionals, as well as our broader Lawyers for Justice Team in California and across the United States.


Qualifications:

All qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Candidates must be either (a) licensed to practice law in California or Washington or (b) already licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and pending admission to the California Bar or Washington Bar.
  • The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in California or Washington and have 8+ years of experience in civil litigation, including experience with discovery in the civil litigation context, oral advocacy and appearing in Court, motion practice and taking/defending depositions.
  • Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour litigation is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and interest in joining a highly successful firm and collegial group of 50+ attorneys dedicated to helping those who have experienced injustice in the workplace across Washington.
