Job description

Senior Associate Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney for a rapidly expanding litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation at either a plaintiff-side or defense-oriented law firm. Candidates should possess exceptional writing and advocacy skills and be prepared to independently handle depositions, court appearances, mediations, and case management responsibilities, including complex discovery matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

  • Conduct and defend depositions

  • Draft motions, briefs, and other legal pleadings

  • Appear before trial and appellate courts

  • Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations

  • Handle complex discovery and case strategy

  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on high-level litigation matters

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation

  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Excellent oral advocacy and interpersonal communication abilities

  • Outstanding academic credentials

  • Experience with class action litigation is a plus, but not required
