Essential Job Functions


The West Palm Beach office is seeking an Associate Attorney to provide dedicated support a Partner and her team. This position requires a professional, organized self-starter with the ability to interact with attorneys, staff and clients at all levels in a fast-paced, challenging legal environment. A proactive work ethic, ability to anticipate needs, strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and flexible schedule are a must.

· Research case law, regulations, and statutes to support case preparation and legal advice

· Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, subpoenas, and briefs

· Gather information from clients, provide case updates, and address concerns

· Coordinate and file all discovery documents involving attorneys and clients

· Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare cases for trial, including organizing evidence and exhibits

· Represent clients in court proceedings under the supervision of senior attorneys

· Assist in the development of legal strategies and solutions

· Participate in business development and community functions to maintain and build client relationships
