Private Client Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney / Senior Associate Attorney – Boca Raton or West Palm Beach, FL

Direct Counsel is seeking a Private Client Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney or Senior Associate Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sophisticated trusts and estates matters to join a highly regarded Private Client practice in Florida, with offices in Boca Raton or West Palm Beach.

Ideal candidates will have experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning and administration, including succession planning, lifetime giving, retirement asset planning, charitable giving, and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies. Candidates should have strong knowledge of relevant state and federal tax laws.

This role offers a hybrid work schedule, providing flexibility with two remote days per week, while also fostering collaboration with the broader Private Client team.


Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on complex trusts and estates matters, including tax and succession planning

  • Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and related instruments

  • Support estate and trust administration matters

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including corporate, tax, and probate specialists

  • Handle client communication and strategic planning with a high level of professionalism


Requirements
