Position Overview: The Senior Architect will play a pivotal role in leading architectural design and providing strategic oversight to projects for municipal clients as well as private developers. The ideal candidate will be a skilled architect with substantial experience in client relationships, project delivery, and a proven track record in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Design Leadership & Project Oversight: Lead architectural design efforts for complex projects, ensuring high-quality design solutions that align with client needs and project goals.Manage project teams through all phases of design, including conceptualization, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.Coordinate with other design professionals, contractors, and consultants to ensure cohesive project execution.
