  • Build strong customer relationships by applying technical expertise, communication, influencing, and consultative skills to accelerate implementation and adoption of Sealed Air solutions.
  • Develop value propositions, competitive intelligence, project definitions, and technical documentation for new and existing packaging solutions.
  • Partner with Materials & Equipment, R&D, Sustainability, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to develop and transfer packaging technologies regionally and globally.
  • Work effectively within a matrix-managed organization, influencing stakeholders and driving projects from technical concept through implementation.

What skills will help you succeed?
  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Packaging Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong professional experience in packaging, preferably with direct exposure to packaging materials, packaging systems, equipment, or packaging applications.

  • Experience conducting root-cause analysis and using data to solve complex technical problems.
  • Ability to translate technical findings into clear recommendations and business value propositions.
  • Strong customer-facing and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience creating data-driven technical reports and presenting concepts and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
