About the Position

As we plan for continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our high growth Global Consulting team. FrontierViewโ€™s consulting team works with our clients on projects across the key decisions and workflows of the worldโ€™s largest multinationals, with primary focus on strategic planning, market assessment, and commercial execution. Our clients span multiple industries, though our largest cohort is in the healthcare industry. This senior analystโ€™s work portfolio will mirror our commercial pipeline, and is likely to be geographically diverse.

About the Team

Our consulting practice is uniquely positioned as a specialized business unit embedded within a broader strategic insights and research organization. As a result, Senior Analysts must operate not only as exceptional client leaders and problem solvers, but also as highly collaborative internal integrators who can effectively leverage the firmโ€™s full intellectual capital, subject matter expertise, and research capabilities.

About You

Senior Analysts are meticulous, curious problem-solvers who form the foundation of an outstanding client experience. As an Analyst, you will be a key member of the global team and have an impact both on project and business outcomes.

Our consulting practice is unique in that we are a small business unit embedded in a larger Research organization. Successful Analysts must forge relationships across the firmโ€™s Research practices to ensure that all projects incorporate the very best existing learnings, editorial content, and key findings from our Research team.

What To Expect In This Position

  • Accurately diagnose root issues underlying client challenges, even when inputs are unclear.
  • Propose thoughtful, tailored solutions, occasionally improving upon standard methodologies.
  • Actively contribute to team problem-solving sessions with innovative ideas.

Research & Analysis

  • Lead the development of interview guides and research outlines.
  • Collect, structure, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data aligned with project hypotheses.
  • Deliver clear, error-free outputs in notes, deliverables, and spreadsheets.
  • Identify and manage appropriate vendors and elevate research needs when required.

Data & Methodology

  • Interpret complex datasets to identify "hidden" insights and implications.
  • Contribute to non-standard project methodologies with strong analytical rigor.
  • Communicate methodologies clearly and teach data skills to peers.

Recommendations & Deliverables

  • Produce well-supported, actionable client recommendations with clear "so what" messaging.
  • Deliverables are polished, structured, and adhere to communication best practices (clarity, coherence, control, credibility).

Industry & Methodology Expertise

  • Demonstrate understanding of macro and micro trends across core industries.
  • Apply and refine FVโ€™s methodologies independently and suggest improvements.

Client Engagement & Communication

  • Lead parts of project check-ins, communicate proactively, and identify scope changes.
  • Deliver content independently via phone, and assist in in-person workshops.
  • Prepare and tailor high-quality materials for senior clients with minimal guidance.

Proposal Development

  • Collaborate on compelling proposals aligned to client needs and business value.
  • Translate problem diagnosis into effective proposal narratives and vendor recommendations.

Project Management & Team Collaboration

  • Manage project timelines and anticipate planning risks.
  • Practice effective upward management and elevate issues appropriately with solutions.
  • Identify team inefficiencies and contribute to improvements.

Development & Culture

  • Lead or organize team trainings and support team development goals.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and inspiring team culture.
  • Promote accountability, engagement rules, and team cohesion.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality client work.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in industry trends, research methodologies, and client engagement.
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and influence others.
What Sets You Apart
  • 3+ years experience in consulting, advisory or market research
  • Bachelors degree is required, Masters degree is preferred
  • Academic coursework in business, international relations, economics, or statistics
  • Fluency in other languages, aside from English
  • Rigorous analytical mindset; strong quantitative experience
  • Enthusiastic about the possibilities of growing a business
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Thrives in a demanding environment with competing deadlines
