Job description

Drives meaningful business impact by transforming complex data into strategic insights and high-leverage recommendations. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to design and instrument scalable data solutions, build robust pipelines, and uncover actionable patterns across the internal and external customer journey. By applying best-in-class analytics practices and aligning with broader business strategy, this individual develops intelligent, forward-looking BI solutions that directly improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and revenue outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Lead the end-to-end analytics process, for relevant systems, including quality assurance, auditing, and governance to ensure data integrity and usability across platforms.
  • Analyze customer behavior, feature adoption, usage patterns, and performance metrics to uncover trends and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance product value and business outcomes.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports that provide visibility into KPIs, success metrics, and end user customer engagement of relevant system.
  • Develop forecasting models and dashboards to support and measure impact of strategic planning or product utilization.
  • Manage and innovate data sets and data platforms, ensuring scalable, high-performing, and compliant data assets across the organization.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to align data initiatives, define KPIs, and democratize access to insights through self-service tools and training.
  • Own and drive cross-functional relationships across the business, act as the liaison between the analytics team and key business stakeholders across these teams.
  • Implement and maintain data collection systems, and quality control strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations for non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making at all levels.
  • Partner with Engineering to manage analytics tools ensuring smooth data flow and governance.
  • Champion responsible data use, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

You need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of data analysis experience, leveraging descriptive and predictive techniques on large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • 3+ years of experience working with large datasets from diverse sources, producing actionable reports, and presenting findings.
  • 3+ years of experience presenting insights to senior leadership or high-level audiences.
  • 1+ years of experience uncovering data insights to form hypotheses, designing product experiments, evaluating results, and making recommendations.
  • Strong experience in product analytics, sales analytics, or data strategy roles.
  • Strong analytical skills to organize, analyze, and communicate complex data with accuracy and detail.
  • Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
  • Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments while independently managing analytics projects from scoping to delivery.
  • Effective communication skills: Regularly achieve consensus with peers, explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and provide clear status updates
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Deep understanding of customer journey analytics, KPI development, and data storytelling.
  • Experience managing large-scale datasets, data platforms, and pipelines.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with data privacy standards and compliance best practices.

Compensation Range:

$105,000.00-$135,000.00

Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
