The Cash Application Team is part of the Hub Financial Center (HFC), where accounting shared services are centralized to support the organization. This team plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely application of payments, reconciliation of accounts, and overall financial integrity within internal accounting operations.

Beyond processing transactions, the team helps maintain the accuracy and stability of key accounting processes that support business operations across the organization. Team members are trusted partners who bring attention to detail, problem-solving, and collaboration to everything they do.

About the Role

We're looking for a Cash Application Senior Analyst to serve as a Team Lead within the Cash Application team. In this role, you'll partner closely with leadership to support team operations, lead key initiatives, provide guidance and analytical support to a group of Team Analysts, and help identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

What You'll Do

Lead assigned initiatives and unique workstreams, helping drive projects from planning through execution.

Analyze cash application activity, identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights that support informed decision-making.

Act as a Team Lead and resource for Analysts, providing guidance, support, and analytical direction on assignments and complex issues.

Help drive consistency across the team by reinforcing best practices, supporting problem resolution, and promoting high-quality outcomes.

Partner with leadership to communicate progress, identify risks, and help keep priorities moving forward.

Contribute to process improvements, documentation efforts, and initiatives that enhance team performance and operational effectiveness.

What You'll Bring

Experience supporting, guiding, or mentoring others within a team environment, including leading initiatives, projects, or special assignments from start to finish.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field, or a professional certification, is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, connect information, and recommend solutions.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.

This role follows Hub's hybrid work model, which requires regular in-office presence in the Riverside office to foster collaboration, build strong working relationships, and support partnership across the department.
