Responsibilities

Present data-driven insights and recommendations directly to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

Act as a liaison between clients and our internal technical teams to ensure business goals are met.

Develop and deliver presentations and dashboards that tell the story behind the data.

Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.

Dig into data to find solutions, often going beyond the initial query to uncover deeper insights.

Work with various data sources, including Google Analytics, to understand and report on marketing performance.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in a data analyst role, with flexibility on the exact number of years.

Must have experience working in a marketing agency.

Proven experience with marketing data and analytics.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required.

Experience with Google Analytics is strongly preferred.

Experience with Tableau and SQL (especially in a Snowflake environment) is a plus.

A curious, proactive, and "go-getter" mindset is essential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
