Job Summary
The Advanced Analytics team, part of Data Science & Insights department, partners closely with stakeholders to translate complex or ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches, while also delivering the recurring reporting, executive business reviews, and enterprise dashboards used to monitor performance and guide strategic decisions.
Above all, we focus on turning data into action. We identify the implications, communicate the story behind the numbers, and provide clear recommendations that help teams and leaders make better decisions with confidence. We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics with strong technical expertise in analytical problem-solving.
The successful candidate will possess a strong ability to independently translate business requirements into analytical solutions. This role supports a combination of ad hoc analytics, recurring reporting and dashboard stewardship, requiring a self-starter who can deliver high-quality analytical products with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities
  • Translate analytical findings into concise, stakeholder-ready summaries, presentations, and narratives.
  • Communicate the "so what" behind the data, including implications for business strategy, performance, and customer behavior.
  • Build recurring insight views, reports, or dashboards where needed, while ensuring outputs are tied to business decisions.
  • Tailor communication to different audiences, from working teams to senior leaders.
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify ambiguous business questions, define analytical objectives, and identify the decisions the analysis is intended to support.
  • Analyze customer, commercial, marketing, product, dealer, or operational data to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop clear recommendations and the practical next steps based on analytical findings.

Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience Requirements
This position typically requies a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer, marketing, product, retail, dealer, ecommerce, or commercial analytics. In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrated the following:
  • Experience developing executive-ready insights, business reviews, or strategic recommendations.
  • Expertise using visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Experience using Microsoft Fabric
  • Experience in Azure, AWS, GCP or other cloud platforms
  • Ability to write Python code for analytics a plus

Working Environment
  • Milwaukee-area based or willing to relocate.
  • Hybrid work environment with an expected in-office presence of four days per week.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
