Based in the heart of Silicon Valley, AI Aspire is Dr. Andrew Ng's advisory firm guiding enterprises through their AI transformation journeys. The firm is led day-to-day by its Managing Partner Kirsty Tan, whose deep enterprise consulting experience brings fresh leadership to the firm's mission of helping large organizations harness the power of AI. Our mission is to reshape global industry with AI, helping enterprises become the AI-native leaders of their industries - delivering real impact through integrity, expertise, and adaptability.

Through AI Aspire, Dr. Ng continues to leverage the flywheel effect of his broader ecosystem, including AI Fund and DeepLearning.AI, to accelerate responsible and effective AI adoption across industries.

About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional AI Adoption Consultant / AI Instructor to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of the enterprise AI revolution, working directly with some of the world's most influential organizations to help their leaders and teams understand, embrace, and harness the transformative power of AI.

In this role, you will design and deliver world-class AI training experiences for senior executives and business professionals, bringing complex AI concepts to life in ways that are practical, inspiring, and immediately actionable. You will be the face of AI Aspire in the room — someone whose energy, expertise, and presence leave a lasting impression and ignite real change within the organizations we serve.

This role requires someone who is deeply technical and can go as far as needed into AI topics, while also possessing the gravitas, warmth, and communication skills to lead a room full of senior executives with confidence and enthusiasm. If you are passionate about AI, love teaching, and want to make a real impact at the intersection of technology and enterprise transformation, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver in-person AI training programs and workshops for senior business professionals and executives at leading enterprise organizations.

  • Translate complex AI concepts — including prompt engineering, RAG, evals, agents, and MCP — into practical, accessible learning experiences for non-technical audiences.

  • Lead workshops and challenge labs tailored to the specific business context and needs of each client organization.

  • Collaborate with the AI Aspire team to continuously improve curriculum, incorporate new AI developments, and tailor content to different industries and audiences.

  • Represent AI Aspire externally with professionalism, energy, and deep subject matter expertise.

  • Work closely with engagement managers and leadership to ensure training outcomes align with client goals.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Strong technical background in AI and machine learning — you can go deep on AI engineering topics when needed.

  • Proven experience teaching, training, or presenting to senior business audiences, ideally in a corporate or executive education setting.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you command a room and can adapt your style to different audiences.

  • High energy, positive presence, and the ability to make learning engaging and fun.

  • Understanding of enterprise dynamics and the ability to navigate organizational complexities with professionalism.

  • Experience with or strong interest in curriculum design and instructional methodology.

  • Familiarity with AI tools including Claude Code, ChatGPT, and related platforms.

Nice to Have:
  • Background in academia, corporate L&D, or executive education.

  • Experience working with financial services, consulting, or other professional services firms.

  • Experience building or designing AI-powered learning tools.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
