What You'll Do

As our Activities Director, you'll be responsible for creating and leading engaging programs that support the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive well-being of our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive resident activities program tailored to individual interests and abilities.

  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and families to ensure activities reflect their preferences and needs.

  • Collaborating with nursing, therapy, dietary, and other departments to enhance the resident experience.

  • Maintaining activity calendars, attendance records, assessments, and required documentation.

  • Evaluating program success through resident feedback and continuously introducing new ideas to keep activities fresh, engaging, and meaningful.

  • Ensuring all activities are conducted safely and in accordance with facility policies.
