Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
  • Build a strategic territory plan to align priorities and drive product demand to improve patient outcomes.
  • Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
  • Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
  • Use territory data and market trends to create local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual/in-person).
  • Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex issues across functions.
  • Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
  • Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 years’ experience (leveling varies) in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales with large, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proven success selling to large accounts/key customers.
  • Self-starter with strong analytics; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
  • Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
