SMArtX Advisory Solutions, a fast-growing and innovative financial technology company located in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking a Client Success Associate to join our expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to take meaningful steps to grow in your career path while gaining valuable experience in financial services, client success, and investment technology.


As a Client Success Associate, you will provide support to our advisors, brokers, and wealth management clients while gaining hands-on experience with the SMArtX platform. You’ll learn how to onboard new clients, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others succeed.


Responsibilities



  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth adoption of the SMArtX platform.

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via email, chat, phone, and Intercom communications.

  • Assist with account setup, maintenance, and documentation updates.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (trading, operations, technology) to resolve client issues.

  • Conduct basic client trainings and support workshops to improve platform utilization.

  • Track and log client feedback, escalating recurring issues to senior team members.

  • Maintain and contribute to training materials, FAQs, and support documentation.

  • Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and proactive communication.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, or related field a plus).

  • 0–1 year of professional experience; internships, part-time roles, or academic projects in financial services, technology, or customer service are a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
