Job Summary:
The Sr. Designer will be entrusted with the responsibility of producing complex technical drawings and detailed plans that serve as essential guides in manufacturing and construction. Your expertise in CAD software will enable you to create intricate designs and provide critical support to engineers and architects. With a comprehensive understanding of drafting standards and design principles, you will ensure the accuracy and functionality of all drawings. Your role will also involve mentoring junior drafters, managing project timelines, and contributing to the continuous improvement of drafting procedures.
Responsibilities:
Technical Design and Drafting:
Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings and documentation
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop design solutions
Stay updated on industry standards and technical advancements in drafting and design
Project Coordination:
Assist project managers with project planning and scheduling
