SPOON Events, a Catalyst MXE company, is seeking a Senior 3D Designer to produce high-quality creative concepts and visual designs that support client projects and brand initiatives. This role focuses primarily on creative execution, transforming ideas into compelling 3D designs, renderings, and visual experiences.


This position works closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with client objectives, project timelines, and production requirements. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.


Position/Title: Senior 3D Designer

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Fully Remote

Compensation: $90,000 annually

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create original 3D design concepts and visual assets that communicate client goals and project messaging in an engaging and unified way.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to understand project scope, audience, and creative direction.
  • Produce CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and design presentations for client review.
  • Ensure creative work meets quality standards while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
  • Contribute to complex or specialized design projects as needed.
  • Prepare production-ready files, print orders, and assembly instructions upon final approval.
  • Maintain accurate records of billable project time as required.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • CAD software proficiency
  • Strong creative design skills with a focus on 3D visualization and rendering.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with rendering software such as 3D Studio Max.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 2+ years of professional design experience.
  • Experience supporting client-facing or account management teams.
