Semiconductor Construction Site Manager

Indianapolis Metro Area, IN

Velocity Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Semiconductor Construction Site Manager to provide overall site leadership on a large-scale greenfield semiconductor construction project.

This individual will serve as the senior on-site leader responsible for driving safety, quality, schedule, contractor coordination, and overall project execution from site development through commissioning and turnover.

What We're Looking For:

  • 20+ years of construction leadership experience
  • High-level semiconductor construction experience required
  • Previous Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Project Executive experience on large industrial projects
  • Strong understanding of CSA, MEP, process systems, cleanroom construction, and tool install interfaces
  • Experience leading large contractor and subcontractor teams
  • Owners Rep experience preferred
  • GC-side experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-billion-dollar construction projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall site leadership for a greenfield semiconductor project
  • Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Drive project safety, quality, and schedule performance
