Director, Global Supplier Management - Semiconductor
Job Description:
We are seeking a Director, Global Supplier Management - Semiconductor to lead portfolio strategy, executive supplier relationships, and growth initiatives across one of Arrow's most strategic global businesses.
As Director, Global Supplier Management - Semiconductor, you will own the end-to-end strategy, performance, and growth of a global semiconductor supplier portfolio. You will partner closely with regional sales leaders, senior supplier executives, and Arrow leadership to align priorities, unlock growth opportunities, and strengthen long-term strategic partnerships.
You'll operate with enterprise-level visibility, shaping multi-year plans while actively guiding regional execution and resolving complex escalations when they arise.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Own regional execution of assigned semiconductor suppliers' business plans, with full accountability for driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and strategic priority alignment.
  • Develop and maintain different level-tiers if relationships with key supplier stakeholders, serving as the primary regional interface to align commercial strategies, product focus, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Translate global supplier strategies into actionable regional plans, working closely with Global Supplier Management to ensure consistent execution against annual objectives and long-term growth priorities.
  • Lead regional performance management, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and KPI tracking, to proactively identify opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Establish and sustain a disciplined cadence of internal and external performance reviews /KPI's with branches, territories, and suppliers to drive execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Execute regional go-to-market initiatives focused on priority technologies, key verticals, and strategic customer segments, aligning regional investments with supplier and Arrow growth objectives. (Working with the arrow vertical teams)
  • Act as a point of escalation for supplier- and Arrow-related issues, resolving commercial, operational, and executional challenges in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, product management, and field teams to enable supplier programs, demand creation activities, and field execution excellence.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, optimize regional strategy, and deliver measurable, actionable business outcomes.

What We Are Looking For:
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the semiconductor industry
  • 5+ years of experience in global semiconductor supplier management within an authorized electronics distributor environment is strongly valued
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Proven success in semiconductor marketing, supplier management, or portfolio leadership
  • Global business experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Strong negotiation, influence, and executive-level presentation skills
  • Deep, established relationships across the semiconductor ecosystem
  • Highly data-driven, with experience translating analytics into business action
  • Exceptional communication skills with credibility at the C-suite level
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30-50%, varying by quarter

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
