Job description

WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is a project solutions organization committed to implementing lean constructions, collaborative contracting, and execution approaches to enable breakthroughs in performance.
WWPS, is seeking many highly skilled Tool Install Construction Coordinators - Lead CC's and Area Coordinators to join our growing team in the Northwest Phoenix, Arizona area. Construction Management experience related to construction in the Semiconductor, Industrial, Chemical, Gas and Oil or Manufacturing markets preferred. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, technically skilled, highly organized, communicate clearly and have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Candidates work history must represents increased levels of responsibility on a progressive basis throughout career.
Candidates local to the Phoenix area are highly preferred, but per-diem/travel or a relocation package may be available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
  • Work with on-site Construction Management team to plan, organize, and supervise multiple projects from inception through design, construction, commissioning and close-out.
  • Maintain productive relationship with internal business partners and customers.
  • Communicate project status to Client management, internal customers and external parties as appropriate.
  • Utilize and become proficient in the use of construction management program's being considered for use (i.e. Microsoft Project, EXCEL, etc)
  • Ensure projects scope, schedule, budgets and forecasts are developed and being tracked and executed to projects' goals.
  • Prepare project reports and documentation, communicate with Facilities Operations team, Facilities Engineering and Design team and Client management.
  • Coordinating with Local Government Agencies
  • Maintain good relationship with Construction Managers, Trade labor and encourage craft productive improvements.

Requirements
  • Construction experience, preferably in Semiconductor industry, with strong results in meeting deadlines and cost requirements.
  • Experience with construction contracts, managing budgets and schedules.
  • Ability to work with multiple customers.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to work well with internal and external business partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate within multiple levels in an organization.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in LEAN construction practices.
  • OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Ability and willingness to learn/grow into technical areas beyond current education and area of expertise/experience

Education & Experience
  • Experience in executing or managing construction in the Semiconductor, Industrial, Chemical, Gas and Oil or other manufacturing markets.
  • Area Coordinators: 3-5 years of Semiconductor Construction Coordinator or Area Coordinator Experience
  • Lead Coordinators: 5-7+ years of Semiconductor Construction Coordinator or Area Coordinator Experience
  • AA/BS/MS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Equivalent Work experience preferred
