Job description

Jireh Semiconductor is seeking an experienced internal auditor to join their Quality Assurance team. The Quality Assurance Auditor would be expected to cover all aspects of internal auditing, corrective and preventive action, incoming quality assurance, and MSA/calibration. We are looking to hire at the senior or staff level. This is a fully onsite position located in Hillsboro, OR.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organize and perform internal audits to ensure conformance to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 system requirements, including presentation of findings, facilitating problem solving, and tracking completion of corrective measures.
  • Plan and execute customer survey responses, customer audits, supplier audits, and 3rd party certification audits.
  • Supervise and train internal auditors to meet internal audit requirements and conform to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate Corrective and Preventative Actions (8D) to facilitate root cause analysis and track completion of corrective action plans.
  • Review and approve FMEA updates from Corrective Actions or process improvements.
  • Manage program documentation required for conformance and continuously improve quality systems and measured performance.
  • Manage & coordinate response to material questions and Material Review board elements.
  • Manage measurement system analysis and calibration activities for the facility.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • BS in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or similar technical field.
  • Knowledge of FMEA, Control Plans, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Statistical Methods, (8D) problem solving and other analytical problem solving/continuous improvement tools. Measurement system analyses.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize a rapidly changing set of objectives.
  • Prior experience with Quality Auditing, Engineering, and/or Electronics/Semiconductors.
  • Proficient at MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to manage support auditors and team members.
