Job description

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a leader in glass manufacturing in Ligonier, Indiana is seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators / Machine Operators to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or quality control who want to build a long-term career in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor production equipment to keep processes running smoothly
  • Follow detailed work instructions and control plans
  • Perform quality checks and record results in the Quality System
  • Support machine changeovers and process adjustments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly
  • Assist with departmental tasks as assigned by supervisors
  • Adhere to PPE requirements and all safety protocols (lockouts, e-stops)
  • Demonstrate strong attendance, teamwork, and communication
Requirements
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday (overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed)
  • Available for 2nd or 3rd shift
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. frequently
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred but not required
