Job description

These positions will work in our Assembly department building Reels. It includes both team and individual settings performing a variety of tasks with machine operation and hand tools.
These positions are full-time and eligible for benefits after 60 days. Benefit offerings include Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA with Employer Contribution, 401(k) with Company Match, Vacation time, Company Paid Holidays and more!
1st Shift
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic machine operations following written instructions and demonstrated directions.
  • Perform light assembly processes following written instructions and demonstrated directions.
  • Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum one year manufacturing related experience.
  • Ability to follow demonstrated and written instructions.
  • Good communication of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to read written instructions, use simple math and use basic hand held measuring tool.
