Job description

Summary/Objective
The Customer Smile Creator will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, facilitating product launches, maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Increase the revenue of the companies at or above targeted amounts by establishing long-lasting partnerships with new customers.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, trade show leads, etc.).
  • Successfully transition relationship of new customers to Sales Management and Customer Service teams.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule and budget.

Duties:
  • Seek out customer needs and lead the effort to provide products/services to create smiles.
  • Represent our company at trade shows, industry meetings, personal visits and customer visits to our facilities with high-energy, problem-solving mentality and integrity.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate sales, product strategy and launch efforts with other Family Members and departments.
  • Follow established procedures for product launches & modifications, pricing, and other internal activities.
  • Analyze market potential, track sales, and provide status reports.
  • Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to leadership.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry. Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including ability to electronically create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs for pitch meetings.
  • The ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Professional and trustworthy demeanor.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills while working independently.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
