About Us

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team. We provide highquality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.


Position Summary

Behavior Interventionists deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will work directly with clients to build communication, social, and selfhelp skills while implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under clinical supervision.


Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $22.00 $26.00 per hour (based on experience and education).

Mileage Reimbursement: Paid per mile.

Drive Time Compensation: Paid for travel between client locations.


Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

Collect and record data on client progress.

Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.

Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).


Qualifications

High School Diploma(Required).

Bachelors Degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (Preferred).

Valid California drivers license and reliable transportation.

Must pass TB test.

Must pass criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
