Position Summary

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a key role in identifying and qualifying new opportunities for BaRupOn's services and solutions. This entry-to-mid-level role focuses on lead generation, prospect outreach, and supporting the sales pipeline for priority verticals such as energy, healthcare, or government contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, and trade events
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for senior sales staff
  • Maintain detailed CRM records and update contact activity, deal stages, and follow-ups
  • Assist in developing pitch decks, capability statements, and outreach content
  • Research target industries, government solicitations, and procurement calendars
  • Attend networking events, virtual webinars, or conferences to identify new business leads
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and proposal teams to support RFP responses and bids
  • Schedule and lead discovery conversations with providers to understand prescribing needs and workflows
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
