We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our company. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their service needs are accurately understood and efficiently addressed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport
  • Listen to and document customer concerns and service requests accurately
  • Prepare and review service estimates, explaining repairs and costs clearly
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service progress and completion
  • Maintain detailed and organized service records and documentation
  • Upsell additional services or maintenance opportunities when appropriate
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty
  • Stay informed about the latest truck models, parts, and service procedures

Requirements
