Cricket is a premier summer sport and the official sport of Hasana, Inc.  We want cricket to be a vibrant game able to inspire volunteerism and leadership development through outstanding performance. The purpose of adopting cricket as a part of the Hasana, Inc. organization is to raise funds through the sales and promotion of charity matches to benefit the Aparecio Foundation. Job Description
To select players who can ultimately achieve at the top level of sport. Working closely with external partners including: Major Associations, Cricket Players Association, and Universities - the Selector Manager will create a unique system to identify, select, engage and measure top quality players who are able to achieve consistent optimal  performance. 
Qualifications
  • Proven experience and success in a similar general sports management role with at least 5-7 years cricket experience 
  • Proven leadership ability with results that demonstrate the capability to build high performing teams and create a positive organisational culture 
  • Strong managerial, organizational and administrative skills including the ability to prepare reports, and provide feedback concerning selection and non selection 
  • An understanding and appreciation of the game of cricket
  • Knowledge of the structure and operations of cricket
  • An intimate knowledge of sporting program development and tour/team management
  • Knowledge of any associated regulations, policies and practices required for the position
    Self-motivation and drive for result
  • Proficiency with Powerpoint and Excel.
  • A passion for women's economic opportunities
  • Must commit to 2-3 days a week for 3 months
